The consulting rooms of the Toowoomba Orthopaedic Group are situated in the St Vincent's Medical Centre which is at the eastern end of St Vincent's, at the corner of Curzon and Scott Street. The Medical Centre occupies the "old" maternity block. Parking around the Medical Centre can be difficult at times though there is often available space behind the Medical Centre at the entrance to the Emergency Centre. There is a patient drop-off area in the circular driveway to the front of the Medical Centre where the less mobile patients may be dropped off.

The doctors of the Toowoomba Orthopaedic Group generally perform private surgery at St Vincent's Hospital and the Surgicentre, which is situated a few doors to the east of St Vincent's in Scott Street. Public surgery is only performed at the Toowoomba Base Hospital.

Whilst the doctors of the group are fully trained in all aspects of orthopaedic surgery, the demands of modern surgery preclude a single doctor from being an "expert" in all facets of surgery. It is for this reason that certain types of surgery such as arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder, joint replacement, sport and trauma surgery are emphasised in our practice.

Should other types of surgery be required, a particular patient may be referred to another orthopaedic surgeon who prefers this type of surgery.
